The modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with cream units, granite tops and a quarry tiled floor.  There is a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven with hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and microwave, plus a good range of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware.  The central heating can be adjusted to suit the weather and hot water is on demand.  The downstairs is largely open plan, with a solid pine dining table and six chairs.  The kitchen also has its own double doors, with blinds, opening on to the courtyard.  Other facilities include hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
