The main bedroom has a double bed, hanging space, panel heater and bedside shelves.  It enjoys dual aspect to the side and rear with sash windows, pretty curtains and exposed beams.

Ideal for a child or parent/friend, the second bedroom has a single bed, large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and store cupboard. It features a sash window with seat overlooking the church of St Petroc Minor, an original cast iron fireplace, slate hearth and exposed beams.

Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests' use.
